Steve Elliott
Founder, Director & Head Coach

Steve co-founded On Target Football Coaching in 2018 with fellow director Jack Jolly to provide young players with a structured platform to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

With over a decade of football coaching experience, Steve has worked alongside numerous accomplished managers and coaches, gaining extensive knowledge and practical expertise. His education and experience enable him to deliver high-quality coaching sessions that effectively develop players across both technical and tactical aspects of the game.

Steve holds a UEFA B Coaching License and is a fully qualified UK-trained Physical Education Teacher. He also holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science, a PGCE in Physical Education, and an MA in Educational Leadership, reflecting his commitment to both the academic and practical aspects of sport and coaching.
Jack Jolly
Founder, Director & Head Coach
Prior to setting up On Target Football Coaching, Jack spent many years successfully coaching competitive teams in the South-East London area. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience working with players of all ages and abilities, using this expertise to deliver coaching sessions that effectively challenge and develop each individual player.
Jack is an FA-qualified football coach and a fully qualified UK-trained Physical Education Teacher. He also holds a BA (Hons) in PE and Sport and a PGCE in Physical Education.
